I just got the Beatles’ The Capitol Albums Vol. 1… It includes Meet the Beatles! The Beatles’ Second Album, Something New, and Beatles ’65. It freakin’ rocks, natch, but it includes all the songs in stereo, and then starts all over again in MONO. Wha? Who the hell is so much of a purist that they listen to music in mono? Are there freaks that still watch Betamax? It’s like wiping your butt with twigs and leaves cause that’s how the cavemen did it.
Also, don’t hate me for saying this, but I prefer the early Beatles. All-time favorite songs are "You Can’t Do That" and "The Night Before". So sue me. Go ahead, punk, I dare you.
