I’ve been playing as Haley and that stinky old Liu Ping has beat my ass three times. However, I believe I hit him in the nads a couple times.
Longest rally so far: 203. Two hundred freakin’ THREE baby! Beat THAT!
I unlocked a cool blue jersey for Haley by having a rally longer than 40. Hello! With a rally of 203 I should’ve unlocked a whole damn wardrobe!

home after work, straight to EB for me. I totally suck at this
game, at least I think I suck. We’ll have to play sometime, I
don’t want to just jump into an online game and have someone belittle
me for being so horrible.
Great game!! Played for 6 hours last night both on Live and local play. No 203 hit rally’s yet but getting there. I’ve unlocked all of Liu Ping’s jersey’s and a new German character that has crazy fast foot work. If you’re on tonight I’ll see about sending you a game invite. Maybe play a 4 person tourney with all the Beer guys. I guess the turn around time was to fast for the Rockstar guy I talked to at C3 to get Beer Pong in there. 🙂 Maybe DLC.
I had fun with it at E3… Everytime I looked at my friends list last night you were playing that game… You’re addicted aren’t you??? Huh?? huh???
Awesome game indeed! Games can get intense, especially as things speed up, you’re making a major comeback, or losing to someone thats making a comeback.. oohhhh.. and then there are the overtimes (or whatever they’re called in table tennis) when you deuce at 11 points and have to keep going til one of you is up by 2 .. addicting game, was up too late playing it.
This one has me sucked in as well.. This is a great title that everyone should run out and get.

Just bought the game today and it’s the only game that’s gotten my attention away from Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, which is a huge task. I immediately raced through the training witih perfect marks and after a quick exhibition game I jumped right into the tournaments (offline that is, online later tonight).
My first impression is "this is a very cool game, even without blood, guts, weapons or any of the other selling features of other games." The graphics are rendered superb and the experience was awe-inspiring. I raced my way through the easy tournament, without losing a match. I found a bit of a match in the amateur round and am on my fourth attempt at getting past Jesper.
My longest volley is 58, but that’s because I’m "breaking the opponets ankles" with focus, combo-topspin / rightspin shots.
I’m going to break my virgin online table tennis tonight, so I better stock up on some protection. Good on Rockstar Games for shocking us all and making a very cool game, one that we can leave out on the console without regard to whose coming over.

Picked it up last night, I must say it is very fun and addictive!! TriXie, now clear up some space on your friends list so you can deliver me a beat down, I could only get a max rally of 60!
