Our buddy Wesley TTR ch0mpr Cwiklo out-raced our other buddy TTR Mcclaren F1 on the Shinjuku and Vegas PGR 3 tracks to win the Gold Medal at the World Cyber Games. Xbox’ own Bill Nielson presented him with his medal and a giant check for 15,000 bucks. ch0mpr scored the US’ only medal. Three time Counter-Strike champs Team 3D from the US got the crap kicked out of them by Sweden and it is rumored that they didn’t even bother to show up for the closing ceremonies. Big babies.
So tomorrow I have to hop in a taxi at 4am to begin the long journey home. I will be very glad to sleep in my own bed and speak English.
I will miss the hookers though.
