What an awesome day! I slept until noon, put up my christmas tree (with two fuzzy assistants; one gnawed on the branches, the other crawled almost to the top and knocked down ornaments), watched A Christmas Story (my favorite line is not "you’ll shoot your eye out" but "my father wove a tapestry of profanity that still hangs over Lake Michigan") and listened to A Rat Pack Christmas. Oh yeah, I had hot cocoa too. I was on vacation last week and tomorrow it’s back to the grind.
Edit: I can’t believe I forgot to say that it snowed in Redmond today AND I beat Zuma for the seventh time!
I love cats curiosity!Xmas is kind of a sad period to me as I am away from family and dearest friends… Anyway, I am looking for some Xbox Ambassador’s action during the holidays. *have a nice week*
Damn, Xmas…….I have to buy some presents and I don’t have money!!How can I do??I can sell my xbox 360, muahahahah, I’m joking, I’m not crazy! :DEnjoy
OMG your cats look like they’d be a field day to play with. Orange cats = ev0l. And the Siamese is already in trouble!
Bit early for a christmas tree? I cant face Christmas untill 1st december, wich is friday so not long to go!
"Bumpuses!!!"
BTW, you can always tell a place that has cats, when the blinds are ruined!
Nice! Sounds like a great after-thanksgiving day. Our wasn’t too far off of yours, though we haven’t watched "A Christmas Story" yet. Not to worry, we will, as we do every year. BTW – Have you seen that commercial that totally rips off of "A Christmas Story"? I don’t remember exactly what the product was, but wow they did a lame knockoff job.Keep it rockin’ Trix.
Sure, rub our noses in the fact that Zuma no longer holds any challenge for you while peons such as myself can’t get past the 12th level boards :p
Our cats like to:
Gray Tabby – climbs the tree
Calico – knocks bulbs off the tree
Black&White whatever she wants to the tree
Meanwhile one of our dachsaunds LOVES anything that resembles a stuffed animal – including snowmen… 1st order of business – chew the face off… :p Christmas is always full of activity at our house.
Ahh yes the holidays. Christmas has been interesting in the past since my bunny is very territorial of the tree and attacks my cats when they get near it. He also likes to eat the branches like they were noodles. When the cats did get near the tree last year, they would poke holes in all the gifts and attempt to knock off the ornaments. Now I have a new puppy addition to the family and I wonder what abuse the tree will get this year. I guess I’ll find out this coming weekend.
Oh and as for the snow…….that is the key factor that convienced my girlfriend to move to Redmond if things go well with my interview. She’s a snow freak. 😉
it reminds me that i don’t use those fluffy cotton again in the tree, hehe
Heres a video for your Zune, Trixie. I think it is a relative of your new kitten 🙂

Great quote from A Christmas Story. I also like:
"Now, I had heard that word at least ten times a day from my old man. He worked in profanity the way other artists might work in oils or clay. It was his true medium; a master. "
The Cingular ads with the Christmas Story take off kinda threw me at first. I was half watching and was trying to figure out what the hell was going on..
