The Bad Stuff
- I got over 6,000 requests for Arcade party boxes.
- Major Nelson’s shirt hurt my eyes. I had to flush them out with that emergency eyewash stuff.
- I got hatemail from TWO members of the community. Yes, kids TriXie does in fact have feelings. Sometimes.
- Forum topic this week: is TriXie hot or is TriXie fat. Nice. If I were in Jr. High I’d be sobbing.
- Being called a n00b for my crap gamerscore.
The Good Stuff
- Frogger!
- Lots of people want to host Retro Arcade parties!
- I lined up the next kickass Developer Spotlight on a sweet upcoming game!
- Today was my 4-year Microsoft anniversary. As is traditional, I brought in 4 pounds of candy.
- There are now 178 Xbox GamerchiX! These babes are awesome and amazing
- KK Pink Pixi3 started a COD2 clan called *TriXie’s GamerChiX* –I’m so proud
- XSiriusGamr389X has a cool showcase interview on unscripted360.com.
- Deaconblade 360 gave a cool shoutout to the ‘chiX in his debut Unscripted podcast.

Wow, 4 years. Congrats. Ironcially, I will be celebrating my 5 Years at Qwest (with a 2 year break in the middle) next week. Tradition there says that you need to get drunk and realize that you are a schmuck for doing a job you hate for 5 years. So, the 20th will be a great day for me! 🙂 HOWEVER, the 21st will be super hot–CLERKS 2!!!

Bad week? Same here. Busy week of knocking out bugs before taking our software to alpha. However, since my 29th b-day is on the 7/15th, I treated myself to a day off this Friday and dragging my gf to the Video Game Live concert playing in Houston.

I for one am glad its the weekend. I’m a stay at home Mom so it isn’t the end of a work week for me but my husband has this weekend off (he works every other one).

Anyway on a more serious note I see you or MS finaly relised the flaw in your stratigy. You and MS have be showcasing Frag Dolls and PMS trying to win over the young male demographic that is already won. You need to target the casual female gamer, try playing Uno, I know for a fact that about half are female and of a broad age group. These are your kinda people Trixie, not the the 12 year old Halo 2 addict with A.D.D. or the 30 year old vergin in the mall telling you how he could run the Xbox devision better than MS. Be who you really are, a highly scocial girlly girl that likes playing minigames and talking abut shoes.

Wow 6000 request for the arcade party is a lot. I wonder though what is it that makes you decide who will be receiving the points and pizza for their party? Is it a random selection? Are you looking for a cetain flair in the e-mails that were sent? How long until the winners are announced?
